Abstract:   (2 Views)
Behavioral conflicts in organizational environments constitute one of the fundamental challenges in human resource management, directly impacting organizational performance, productivity, and effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to identify the primary factors contributing to behavioral conflicts and to provide practical strategies for their effective management. This research was conducted using a review-analytical approach, drawing upon library research, a review of credible national and international sources, and the analysis of past research findings. Data collection spanned from 2011 to 2023 across reputable academic databases. The results indicate that individual factors (personality, value, and skill differences), organizational factors (inappropriate structure, unfair evaluation systems, limited resources), environmental factors (work pressure, physical conditions, organizational changes), and cultural factors (weak organizational culture, cultural diversity) play key roles in the emergence of conflicts. The consequences of these conflicts include a 20–30% reduction in productivity, increased absenteeism and employee turnover, and diminished workplace morale. Effective management of behavioral conflicts requires a comprehensive, multifaceted approach encompassing preventive strategies (proper selection, appropriate structure), interventional strategies (training, fair systems), and curative strategies (counseling, team rebuilding). Implementing the proposed five-stage model can contribute significantly to improving organizational outcomes.
