This process aims to improve decision-making, enhance innovation, and increase organizational agility. In fact, knowledge management enables organizations to make the best possible use of their experiences and information to achieve their strategic goals. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting knowledge management using a hybrid fuzzy AHP technique (Case Study: Mehde Kohan Company). This research is applied-theoretical in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The required data and information were collected through library research. The fuzzy AHP model was employed in this study. The results indicate that the main objective is to identify and prioritize these factors to improve knowledge management processes within the organization. By utilizing the fuzzy AHP technique, the complexities and uncertainties inherent in decision-making regarding knowledge management factors are taken into account, providing more accurate and realistic results.
