fa تحلیل تأثیر رهبری تحول آفرین بر عملکرد تیم‌های ورزشی حرفه‌ای عمومى General پژوهشي Research رهبری تحول‌آفرین به‌عنوان یکی از الگوهای نوین رهبری، با تأکید بر انگیزش، الهام‌بخشی و رشد فردی، در سال‌های اخیر توجه ویژه‌ای در حوزه مدیریت ورزشی یافته است. در محیط پرچالش ورزش حرفه‌ای، سبک رهبری مربیان می‌تواند نقشی تعیین‌کننده در عملکرد تیم‌ها ایفا کند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین مؤلفه‌های رهبری تحول‌آفرین و عملکرد تیمی در تیم‌های ورزشی حرفه‌ای ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و با رویکرد کمی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل مربیان و بازیکنان تیم‌های فوتبال، والیبال و بسکتبال لیگ برتر ایران در سال ۱۴۰۳&ndash;۱۴۰۴ بود. نمونه‌ای به حجم ۲۳۰ نفر (۱۵۰ بازیکن و ۸۰ مربی) به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبتی انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از دو پرسش‌نامه استاندارد رهبری تحول‌آفرین (MLQ) و عملکرد تیمی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون چندمتغیره تحلیل شدند.نتایج نشان داد که همه مؤلفه‌های رهبری تحول‌آفرین رابطه مثبت و معناداری با عملکرد تیمی دارند (p<0.01). از میان مؤلفه‌ها، &laquo;انگیزش الهام‌بخش&raquo; و &laquo;ملاحظه‌گری فردی&raquo; بیشترین قدرت پیش‌بینی را در تبیین عملکرد تیمی داشتند. مدل رگرسیون نهایی توانست ۵۸٪ از واریانس عملکرد تیمی را تبیین کند. همچنین تفاوت معناداری در ادراک بازیکنان و مربیان نسبت به مؤلفه‌ها مشاهده شد.سبک رهبری تحول‌آفرین نقش مهمی در ارتقاء عملکرد تیم‌های ورزشی حرفه‌ای ایفا می‌کند. مربیانی که توانایی الهام‌بخشی، حمایت فردی و هدایت اخلاقی دارند، می‌توانند انسجام، انگیزش و بهره‌وری تیمی را افزایش دهند. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند مبنایی برای طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی مربیان حرفه‌ای قرار گیرد و در سیاست‌گذاری ورزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.<br> &nbsp; As one of the modern leadership paradigms emphasizing motivation, inspiration, and personal development, transformational leadership has received significant attention in sports management in recent years. In the highly competitive environment of professional sports, coaches&#39; leadership styles can play a decisive role in team performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the components of transformational leadership and team performance in Iranian professional sports teams. The present study was descriptive-correlational in nature and utilized a quantitative approach. The statistical population comprised coaches and players from the Iranian Premier League in football, volleyball, and basketball during the 2024&ndash;2025 season. A sample of 230 participants (150 players and 80 coaches) was selected using proportionate stratified sampling. Data were collected using two standard instruments: the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) for transformational leadership and a team performance questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and multiple regression. The results revealed that all components of transformational leadership had a positive and statistically significant relationship with team performance ($p < 0.01$). Among the components, &quot;inspirational motivation&quot; and &quot;individualized consideration&quot; exhibited the strongest predictive power in explaining team performance. The final regression model accounted for 58% of the variance in team performance. Furthermore, a significant difference was observed between players&#39; and coaches&#39; perceptions regarding the leadership components. Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of professional sports teams. Coaches possessing the ability to provide inspiration, individualized support, and ethical guidance can foster team cohesion, motivation, and productivity.
