fa آینده پژوهشی درباره ادغام هنر خیابانی با فناوری های نوین در شهرهای هوشمند عمومى General پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل امکان‌ها، چالش‌ها و پیامدهای ادغام هنر خیابانی با فناوری‌های نوین در بستر شهرهای هوشمند انجام شده است. این مطالعه با بهره‌گیری از رویکردی میان‌رشته‌ای و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، به بررسی منابع علمی، اسناد رسمی، رساله‌های دانشگاهی و گزارش‌های معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی در حوزه‌های هنر شهری، فناوری‌های نوین و شهرهای هوشمند پرداخته است.با تمرکز تحلیلی بر تجربه‌های مستندشده از شهر میلتون کینز، تلاش شده است تا مدلی مفهومی برای تلفیق هنر خیابانی با فناوری‌هایی نظیر واقعیت افزوده، اینترنت اشیاء و هوش مصنوعی ارائه گردد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که هنر خیابانی، در صورت بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های فناوری دیجیتال و حمایت نهادی، می‌تواند به تقویت مشارکت اجتماعی، ارتقای حس تعلق مکانی و غنای تجربه زیسته شهروندان در فضاهای شهری کمک کند.تحلیل آینده‌پژوهانه پژوهش، مبتنی بر دو محور کلیدی—میزان پذیرش عمومی و سطح حمایت نهادی—چهار سناریوی محتمل از آینده هنر خیابانی فناورانه را ترسیم کرده است. همچنین با بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های تحلیل راهبردی مانند SWOT و PESTEL، فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها و الزامات سیاست‌گذاری در این حوزه شناسایی شده‌اند.در نهایت، پژوهش بر این نکته تأکید دارد که تحقق شهرهای هوشمند فرهنگی و انسانی مستلزم بازنگری در رویکردهای تکنوکراتیک رایج و جایگزینی آن‌ها با نگرشی انسان‌محور، خلاق و مشارکتی است. این مطالعه، چارچوبی مفهومی برای طراحی شهری نوآورانه پیشنهاد می‌دهد که در آن، فناوری در خدمت فرهنگ، معنا و تجربه انسانی قرار می‌گیرد. This research investigates the possibilities, challenges, and implications of integrating street art with emerging technologies within the context of smart cities. Utilizing an interdisciplinary qualitative content analysis approach, this study examines scholarly literature, official policy documents, academic dissertations, and authoritative domestic and international reports across the fields of urban art, advanced technologies, and smart cities. Focusing analytically on documented experiences from the city of Milton Keynes, a conceptual framework is proposed for merging street art with technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The findings indicate that street art—when leveraging digital technology capabilities alongside institutional support—can foster social civic engagement, enhance the sense of place, and enrich the lived experience of citizens in urban environments. A futures-oriented analysis, structured around two key axes—the degree of public acceptance and the level of institutional support—delineates four plausible scenarios for the future of technological street art. Furthermore, using strategic analysis frameworks such as SWOT and PESTEL, the opportunities, threats, and policy requirements in this domain are identified. Ultimately, the study emphasizes that realizing cultural and human-centric smart cities requires revisiting conventional technocratic approaches and shifting toward human-centered, creative, and participatory perspectives.
