fa طراحی الگو برای انتقال تجربه زیسته مدیران مدارس در خصوص اثربخشی تصمیمات آموزشی و پرورشی عمومى General پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگو برای انتقال تجربه زیسته مدیران مدارس در خصوص اثربخشی تصمیمات آموزشی و پرورشی انجام گردید. پژوهش‌ حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های‌ کاربردی‌، از نظر ماهیت‌ کیفی‌ و روش مورد استفاده پدیـدار شناسی‌ می‌باشد. جامعه‌ آماری‌ پژوهش‌ حاضر شامل‌ تمامی‌ مدیران مدارس دخترانه متوسطه اول‌ آمـوزش‌وپرورش شـهر خرم‌آباد در سال تحصیلی‌ 1403-1404 که‌ تعداد آنها با استناد به‌ گزارش واحد متوسطه‌ اداره آمـوزش‌وپرورش شـهر خرم‌آباد 56 (پنجاه و شش) نفر می‌باشند. در پژوهش‌ حاضر از روش نمونه‌گیری‌ هدفمند و تکنیک‌ گلوله‌ برفی‌ 5 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گردید. انجام مصاحبه‌ها در طی 5 جلسه انجام و داده‌ها جمع‌آوری گردید. نتایج نشان داد در بررسی عوامل زمینه‌ای موثر در اثربخشی تصمیمات آموزشی و پرورشی مدیران، سه زیرمقوله: مهارت‌های موردنیاز مدیر، خصوصیات مدیر و نارسایی‌ها مشخص گردید. در بررسی راهبردها و اقدامات موثر در اثربخشی تصمیمات آموزشی و پرورشی مدیران نیز، شش زیرمقوله مشخص گردید. زیر مقوله‌ها شامل: ایجاد انگیزه و اشتیاق، به‌وجود آوردن روابط مطلوب و حسنه در محیط کاری، کمک به رشد حرفه‌ای کارکنان،‌ استفاده از امکانات و تجهیزات به‌روز و مناسب، نظارت مرتب بر عملکرد آموزشی و پرورشی کارکنان و همکاری با نیروهای مجرب آموزشی و پرورشی می‌توان اشاره نمود. این شش مقوله در طراحی الگوی انتقال تجربه زیسته مدیران مدارس در خصوص اثربخشی تصمیمات آموزشی و پرورشی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت<br> &nbsp; This research was conducted with the objective of designing a model for transferring the lived experience of school principals regarding the effectiveness of educational and pedagogical decisions. The study is applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in nature, and utilizes a phenomenological methodology. The statistical population comprised all female lower secondary school principals in Khorramabad during the 2024&ndash;2025 academic year, totaling 56 individuals based on official reports from the Lower Secondary Education Department of Khorramabad. Using purposive sampling combined with the snowball technique, a sample size of 5 participants was selected. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews conducted across 5 sessions. The results revealed three subcategories under contextual factors influencing the effectiveness of principals&#39; educational and pedagogical decisions: required managerial skills, personal attributes of the principal, and institutional deficiencies. Furthermore, six subcategories were identified regarding effective strategies and measures: instilling motivation and enthusiasm, fostering positive and harmonious workplace relationships, supporting employee professional development, utilizing modern and adequate equipment, conducting regular supervision of staff educational and pedagogical performance, and collaborating with experienced educational personnel.
