The main objective of this study is to study the factors affecting the optimal allocation of budgeted financial resources in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange that have been active during the period 2014 to 2023. The research method in question is causal and correlational, and the method of collecting information used in this study was library and also from the database of the Stock Exchange Organization, and the sampling method used in this study was systematic elimination, which ultimately resulted in a sample of 108 companies over eight years. The research is also an applied research type. This study has three hypotheses. The findings from testing the first hypothesis of the study show that the effect of economic growth on the amount of allocable financial resources is not statistically significant, and the first hypothesis of the study is rejected. The findings from testing the second hypothesis also state that the effect of the inflation rate on the purchasing power of allocated financial resources is statistically significant, and the hypothesis is accepted. And the results of the third hypothesis of the research show that the effect of the unemployment rate on the priorities of financial resource allocation is statistically significant and the third hypotheses are accepted.
