Abstract:   (4 Views)
The aim of this study is to investigate the role of perceived organizational justice and organizational commitment in the job satisfaction of employees in Bandar Abbas Municipality. Organizational justice was measured across three dimensions: distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Additionally, organizational commitment was examined as another predictor variable alongside organizational justice to determine their impact on employee job satisfaction. The statistical population of this research consisted of all personnel of Bandar Abbas Municipality in 2025–2026, from which a sample of 104 individuals was selected using convenience sampling. The results of the first to third hypotheses demonstrate that all dimensions of organizational justice (procedural justice, distributive justice, and interactional justice) have a direct and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the result of the fourth hypothesis indicated that organizational commitment also had a direct and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction.
