One of the crucial factors leading to competitive advantage in today's environment is organizational agility. In agile organizations that continuously face environmental changes, the capability and flexibility of human resources play a vital role in organizational success. The objective of this study is to examine the extent of the impact of organizational agility on human resource development. Based on its nature and data collection method, this is a descriptive-survey study; by purpose, developmental; by time frame, cross-sectional; and by data type, quantitative. The statistical population comprised all managers and supervisors of Ciland Company in Tehran Province. Simple random sampling was employed, and a sample size of 120 respondents was calculated using Cochran's formula. Data collection was conducted through desk research and field methods. To assess the research variables, researcher-made questionnaires for organizational agility and human resource development based on a five-point Likert scale were utilized, with their validity and reliability being fully confirmed. Data analysis was presented in two sections: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing SmartPLS software was employed. The findings demonstrated that organizational agility (encompassing organizational, strategic, technological, and human factors) has a statistically significant impact on human resource development.
