With rapid technological advancements and continuous shifts in global markets, manufacturing companies face novel challenges, notably maintaining and enhancing employee performance while securing organizational productivity and efficiency. Job rotation has garnered widespread attention as a strategic approach for managing employee knowledge and experience while developing their skills and capabilities. The primary objective of this research is to investigate the impact of job rotation on employee performance in manufacturing enterprises. Examining the relationship between these two variables is of paramount importance, as effective performance and productivity directly depend on employees' ability to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Enhancing employee performance through job rotation leads to optimized operational processes, cost reduction, and increased organizational profitability. This study evaluates the relationship between job rotation and employee performance in manufacturing firms. Statistical analysis of the collected data reveals a positive and statistically significant relationship between employee skills and their performance during the job rotation process. Furthermore, environmental orientation was identified as an influential factor in facilitating job rotation and boosting employee performance. Practical recommendations from this study include developing employee skills, cultivating a positive work environment, transforming organizational culture, and continuously evaluating employee performance. Research recommendations suggest investigating the impacts of other environmental and organizational variables, assessing longitudinal temporal effects, conducting interdisciplinary comparisons, and examining broader variables on the relationship between job rotation and performance. Overall, this research plays a pivotal role in formulating human resource strategies and policies to enhance organizational efficiency in manufacturing companies.
