Abstract:   (56 Views)
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational health and employee entrepreneurship and innovation, incorporating the mediating role of intrinsic motivation, focusing on a case study of the Khorramabad Tax Administration. In terms of method, this study is descriptive-correlational based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and in terms of purpose, it is applied. The statistical population comprised 455 employees of the Khorramabad Tax Administration during the first half of the 2024–2025 fiscal year. Using convenience sampling alongside Morgan's table, a sample size of 208 participants was determined. Data collection instruments included the Organizational Health Questionnaire (Singh & Jha, 2018), Entrepreneurship Questionnaire (Cornwall & Perlman, 1990), Innovation Questionnaire (Yen et al., 2020), and Intrinsic Motivation Questionnaire (McAuley, 1989). Data were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential levels (correlation coefficients and regression analysis) using SPSS (version 22) and SmartPLS software. The results demonstrated a positive and statistically significant correlation between the components of organizational health and intrinsic motivation with employee entrepreneurship and innovation ($P < 0.05$). Regression analysis indicated that organizational health, mediated by intrinsic motivation, predicted $22%$ of the variance in entrepreneurship and $28%$ of the variance in innovation. The findings of this study can serve as a benchmark for enhancing organizational health within the Khorramabad Tax Administration to bolster and foster employee entrepreneurship and innovation.
