| In today's economic landscape, characterized by uncertainty, risk-taking, and dynamism, creativity and innovation have emerged as vital sources of competitive advantage for organizations. Substantial evidence indicates that creativity plays a crucial role in organizational innovation, performance, and survival; therefore, fostering creativity represents a strategic imperative. Diverse leadership and management practices directly influence the workplace environment—a key determinant of organizational creativity. Consequently, managers face the ongoing challenge of cultivating an optimal context and conducive conditions for creativity to flourish. This necessitates identifying and leveraging leadership roles that drive creative and innovative processes within the organization. Utilizing a desk research methodology and a systematic review of secondary sources, this paper employs a narrative-analytical literature review approach. Alongside synthesizing theoretical foundations, it examines the specific role of transformational leadership in driving organizational creativity and innovation, concluding with actionable recommendations. |
